Responsibilities
- Drive outbound technical engagement with partner field teams.
- Act as the technical counterpart for partner AEs and solution architects.
- Build and deliver scalable enablement materials and demos for partner teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to shape partner strategy.
- Design and present high-impact demos and workshops.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners.
- Translate complex customer data challenges into actionable guidance.
- Continuously improve knowledge via partner certifications and trends.
- Travel up to 25% for partner events and strategic engagements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Product, or GTM roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise partners with technical expertise.
- Strong grasp of the modern data stack and composable architectures.
- Hands-on technical fluency with SQL and cloud data warehouses.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of driving adoption or revenue through partnerships.
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and strong ownership.
- Experience working across multiple teams to solve complex problems.
- Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
