Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain public-facing and administrative web portals.
Create page storyboards and obtain product-owner approval before developing web pages.
Apply Department of Labor web standards, styles, and Drupal theming.
Ensure portals conform to Section 508 requirements.
Promptly mitigate identified security vulnerabilities under the role’s control.
Develop secured-access web pages, search and results pages, and administrative portals that manage large amounts of data.
Configure web pages to support web analytics.
Plan, conduct, assign, and monitor iterative visualization development efforts.
Translate business requirements into UX design artifacts and collaborate with business partners on prototype revisions.

Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of progressively responsible web development experience.
At least 3 years of experience performing web design duties.
Experience developing secured-access web pages, search and results pages, and administrative portals.
Experience configuring web pages to support web analytics.
Experience translating business requirements into UX design artifacts.
Experience with iterative visualization development and reviewing prototypes with business partners.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be a US citizen.
