Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, deploy, and support the SailPoint platform for Provisioning and Identity Management.
- Integrate and onboard HR systems, infrastructure platforms, business applications, and other systems onto SailPoint.
- Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications and enterprise architecture designs.
- Serve as the SailPoint subject matter expert and advise application owners on integration best practices and standardization.
- Provide third-line IAM application support, investigation, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
- Coordinate engineering projects and solutions with operations, information security, architecture, project managers, vendors, and consultants.
- Create system documentation, support materials, troubleshooting procedures, and training for support and operations teams.
- Review external consultant designs and code, retain knowledge, and recommend process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of hands-on SailPoint coding, administration, configuration, and support experience.
- 3+ years of SailPoint implementation, administration, configuration, and support experience.
- 5+ years of technical experience with multiple third-party IAM solutions in complex global environments.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Workday, PeopleSoft, Unix, databases, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2, and business applications.
- Knowledge of user lifecycles, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.
- Working knowledge of IAM standards and protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, RBAC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
- Programming and scripting experience with Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, Perl, Unix shell scripts, Batch, PowerShell, VBScript, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with UNIX, Windows, Linux, AIX, web services, RESTful API frameworks, Tomcat, JBoss, JSON, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, SCIM, federation, Active Directory, LDAP, virtual directories, automation, and scripting.
- Working knowledge of virtualization, LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, monitoring, and support best practices.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and their implications for identity management, security, and audit compliance.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, oral communication, written communication, and technical-explanation skills.
- Strong academic background such as computer science or engineering.
