Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and execute automated and manual test plans, test cases, scripts, and test suites.
- Test Salesforce and web applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Create test data and perform tests to identify defects and verify proper operation.
- Document test outcomes, maintain testing documentation, and ensure materials are clear and accessible.
- Report issues, bugs, and failed tests to globally distributed team members and communicate software issues to developers and technical support specialists.
- Help develop QA procedures, quality standards, policies, metrics, analyses, and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, software engineers, application engineers, IT managers, and other team members to meet project testing needs.
- Work with confidential and proprietary company and client data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in an automation or testing role, including at least 4 years testing software across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Experience with Selenium using Java and Playwright.
- Experience testing Salesforce and web applications.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, or Quality Center.
- Experience with automation and manual testing methods and procedures.
- Experience working with varied teams and partnering with software engineering, application engineering, IT management, and business analysis teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
