Base Salary
$197k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic collaborations with external parties and internal teams to define product objectives.
- Lead projects from machine learning model development to final product deployment.
- Architect intelligent systems and develop novel solutions using GDM foundation models.
- Synthesize insights from third-party partners to inform future model development.
- Establish best practices for generative AI deployment and demonstrate model capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience with system design and algorithms.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Proven experience in architecting and shipping complex ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and model fine-tuning.
- Strong project track record in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or related fields.
- Proficiency in at least one major machine learning framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Good communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams.
