Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents.
- Develop and iterate on agent architectures and performance frameworks.
- Translate emerging AI research into production-ready solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for agent-driven automation.
- Contribute to the LangChain and LangGraph ecosystem, including open source components.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1 year building LLM systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation and monitoring systems for agents.
- Deep understanding of AI system components like prompting and orchestration.
- Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
