Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, and model development.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Develop user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS, and build server-side logic and APIs with Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Develop Oracle SQL and PL/SQL functionality and work with relational database systems.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and participate in application deployment and maintenance across environments.
- Monitor development through analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and provide user and operational support.
- Consult with users, clients, developers, designers, and technology groups to deliver software solutions.
- Follow operating procedures, help define standards and processes, assess risk, and recommend security measures.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Devin, Copilot, or Claude.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, HTML, and CSS.
- Back-end development experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and understanding of Oracle databases and relational database management systems.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and OpenShift, plus understanding of Lightspeed.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.
- Experience developing and executing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
