Responsibilities
- Conduct automation testing and quality control to validate software reliability.
- Manage defects, debug software issues, and perform system troubleshooting and fault analysis.
- Develop and manage test cases and test environments throughout the software testing life cycle.
- Execute performance testing, reliability validation, acceptance testing, and documentation testing.
- Apply AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to improve testing processes.
- Promote quality assurance best practices and process management within projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on agile product and program methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and support client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Proficiency in Agile SDLC and Agile Program Management preferred.
- Experience with automation testing, quality assurance, SQA, and quality control testing preferred.
- Experience with Test Environment Management, performance testing, reliability validation, complex data model analysis, and debugging preferred.
- AI fluency and experience with AI-human collaboration preferred.
