Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of high-impact, customer-focused software solutions.
  • Build full-stack features using React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
  • Refactor complex monolithic systems, including legacy WebForms, into modern distributed architectures on AWS.
  • Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools and automated agents.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives and influence engineering direction through data-informed decisions and collaboration.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and developer efficiency.
  • Participate in the on-call roster and incident response for 24/7 product support.
  • Mentor and coach engineering colleagues and contribute to SDKs and internal libraries.

Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL Server data modeling.
  • Proven experience building and implementing AI tools in production environments with measurable business or customer impact.
  • Experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using AWS is essential.
  • Experience with automated tooling, CI/CD concepts, and test-driven development principles.
  • Ability to use artificial intelligence to redesign workflows and create automated agents.
  • Experience building SDKs and internal libraries is highly regarded.
  • Inclusive mentoring and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge decisions and disagree constructively.
