Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of high-impact, customer-focused software solutions.
- Build full-stack features using React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Refactor complex monolithic systems, including legacy WebForms, into modern distributed architectures on AWS.
- Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools and automated agents.
- Drive cross-team initiatives and influence engineering direction through data-informed decisions and collaboration.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer efficiency.
- Participate in the on-call roster and incident response for 24/7 product support.
- Mentor and coach engineering colleagues and contribute to SDKs and internal libraries.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL Server data modeling.
- Proven experience building and implementing AI tools in production environments with measurable business or customer impact.
- Experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using AWS is essential.
- Experience with automated tooling, CI/CD concepts, and test-driven development principles.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence to redesign workflows and create automated agents.
- Experience building SDKs and internal libraries is highly regarded.
- Inclusive mentoring and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge decisions and disagree constructively.
