Base Salary

$195k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to execute product and business strategy.
  • Drive and contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
  • Build efficient, reusable, high-quality frontend web components with strong performance and scalability.
  • Design and implement server-side APIs supporting frontend requirements, applying sound client-server architectural judgment.
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to improve Community Support systems.
  • Contribute to technical direction through engineering design discussions, code reviews, and design document reviews.
  • Provide feedback on product specifications and design mocks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience architecting frontend systems, owning end-to-end features, and delivering cross-team integrations.
  • Experience building large web applications with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and tooling, such as React and GraphQL.
  • Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Demonstrated excellence in accessibility, performance optimization, and client practices, with influence beyond the immediate team.
  • Product mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort driving cross-organizational integration.
  • Experience building user interfaces for classical supervised machine learning and Generative AI features.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend server languages, including Java or Kotlin.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers.
