Base Salary
$160k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise technology architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
- Establish architecture practices, standards, reference architectures, governance processes, and architecture review procedures across federated architecture and engineering teams.
- Use enterprise architecture platforms such as LeanIX and Ardoq to maintain architecture visibility, governance, and decision-making.
- Design and govern enterprise-wide technology ecosystems, integration patterns, and platform strategies across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Lead architecture for scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing technology solutions.
- Define and enforce technology governance, risk, compliance, security, and quality controls.
- Partner with business, product, engineering, data, security, and infrastructure leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable architectures.
- Provide technical leadership throughout product and solution lifecycles and conduct architecture reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and large-scale enterprise solution design.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Zachman, ArchiMate, UML, and C4.
- Experience designing application, platform, infrastructure, and integration architectures across hybrid environments.
- Experience implementing governance, risk management, privacy, security, and compliance controls.
- Background in software engineering and solution delivery, including experience as a senior engineer or technical lead.
- Expertise designing resilient, scalable, highly available application and infrastructure platforms, including cloud-native and distributed architectures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and executive influence skills.
- Banking, financial services, payments, or wealth management experience is preferred.
- Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud, and enterprise platform modernization experience is preferred.
