Base Salary
$66k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, debug, deploy, and maintain enterprise mainframe software applications.
- Write, compile, and execute IDMS/ADSO COBOL programs.
- Use COBOL, TSO, JCL, Endevor, CICS, IDMS, and DB2 to implement and maintain mainframe applications.
- Troubleshoot production problems and provide application support and resolutions.
- Collaborate with end users to define system requirements.
- Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to a team environment.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with a BS/BA or six years of experience with a high school diploma/equivalent.
- Experience writing, compiling, and executing IDMS/ADSO COBOL programs.
- Technical implementation experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise mainframe applications using COBOL.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include five or more years of COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 experience; USDA experience; Cloud Practitioner certification or three years of cloud experience; and Java or web development experience.
