Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise prospects and customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.
- Architect and deliver scalable identity solutions spanning IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM.
- Lead customer workshops, whiteboard sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Design integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including native identity services, policies, and entitlement models.
- Explain and apply SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and FIDO2 protocols and standards.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations and workflows using APIs, SDKs, Terraform, and automation frameworks.
- Track identity security and access management trends and provide thought leadership to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or identity architecture/engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in IAM, IGA, or AI.
- Foundational understanding of authentication, authorization, identity services, and cloud IAM.
- Practical knowledge of Okta, Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, and on-premises Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, Azure AD, and role-based access models.
- Comfort with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON, YAML, scripting, automation, Terraform, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about identity security and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
