Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang and, as needed, Node.js, Java, C, and C++.
- Build and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs and own software features through delivery.
- Deploy scalable web applications in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS environments.
- Develop applications and scripts that interact with native operating-system frameworks.
- Use automated CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, to build, test, and ship code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams on modular Vue.js components and backend integrations for full-stack work.
- Work with device enrollment and management concepts including Apple MDM/DDM/ADE, Android Enterprise, and Windows MDM protocols.
- Participate in assigned on-call shifts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional production experience.
- Strong Golang/Go programming capability and understanding of object-oriented backend environments.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or other programming languages.
- Strong foundation in software engineering design principles and patterns.
- Experience troubleshooting, working through ambiguity, and delivering incremental value.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Applicants must be located in and authorized to work in India.
- Swift, Objective-C, or C++ experience and knowledge of device-management protocols are valued differentiators.
