Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack business application features.
Analyze requirements, clarify scope, and provide technical feedback during planning and implementation.
Translate functional specifications into reliable, maintainable application behavior.
Write readable, well-tested code compatible with continuous deployment and integration.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Contribute to technical design decisions while preserving existing system behavior and quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, Support, and other developers to validate delivered work.
Investigate, debug, and resolve issues.

At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Full-stack web application development skills.
Debugging, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, implementation, testing, and documentation skills.
Experience with e-commerce, ERP integrations, or SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
Ruby knowledge and Test Driven Development experience are pluses.
