Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify go-to-market opportunities, overcome technical objections, and resolve complex customer blockers across Latin America.
- Deliver executive briefings, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and manage RFP/RFI processes.
- Architect end-to-end customer solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex workflows.
- Educate customers and partners on agentic AI capabilities, system integration strategies, and third-party data connector practices.
- Drive partner go-to-market strategy, mentor Customer Engineers across LATAM, and align with sales leadership to scale technical adoption.
- Partner with internal engineering, product marketing, and sales stakeholders to improve products and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with enterprise productivity and collaboration suites or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with generative AI technologies, AI agents, large language models, or machine learning solutions.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience architecting or deploying agentic AI solutions, workflow automations, or enterprise data connectors.
- Preferred: experience supporting or selling cloud solutions to enterprise customers across Latin America.
- Preferred: knowledge of agentic frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, or enterprise API integrations.
- Preferred: understanding of identity and access management, mobile device management, and zero trust security.
