Responsibilities
- Own the compliance solutions platform across architecture, development, releases, enhancements, support, and documentation.
- Build and maintain custom Power Pages applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, Dataverse, Web API calls, OData or FetchXML queries, and workflow-driven experiences.
- Design Dataverse data models, permissions, security roles, web roles, table permissions, metadata, and governance controls.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and custom APIs or Dataverse plugins for case processing, approvals, integrations, monitoring, and automation.
- Use Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for repository-level implementation, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and Git-based workflows while validating AI-generated code.
- Integrate the platform with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Workday, Excel, SQL and other enterprise services and data sources.
- Maintain source control, solution packaging, ALM and deployment processes, environment configuration, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Perform testing, production support, root-cause analysis, data migration, reconciliation, UAT support, and post-deployment validation.
- Partner with Compliance, Privacy, Internal Audit, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows and develop approved AI-enabled compliance capabilities.
- Provide user support, technical guidance, training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in application development, solution engineering, enterprise systems, or comparable technical roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Dataverse and Power Automate; meaningful Power Pages experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong JavaScript and modern browser application development experience, including the ability to troubleshoot, test, modify, and safely deploy substantial custom applications.
- Experience taking ambiguous requirements through architecture, development, testing, release, and production support.
- Experience with Git, source control, disciplined software development, and technical ownership or leadership of application workstreams.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for multi-file implementation, debugging, refactoring, code review, test creation, documentation, and source-control workflows.
- Ability to direct AI agents effectively and identify security weaknesses, hallucinated APIs, regressions, performance problems, and maintainability issues in AI-generated code.
- Preferred experience includes advanced Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, C# or .NET server-side development, PowerShell, TypeScript or Office Scripts, Excel or VBA, SQL, JSON, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Workday, Azure, Power Platform ALM, PAC CLI, data migration, testing, and technical documentation.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, or other enterprise AI capabilities is beneficial.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, privacy, compliance, audit, investigations, access controls, and regulated-data handling is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with business stakeholders are required.
- Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States and be able to travel onsite as business needs require.
