Responsibilities
- Implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor-policy requirements.
- Design, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot client-specific WFM solutions.
- Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions and investigate configuration root causes.
- Participate in client workshops, internal design reviews, and testing cycles.
- Build platform knowledge, consulting skills, and functional expertise through mentorship and formal training.
Requirements
- Candidates may have 5–7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration, or may be recent graduates from business or technical programs.
- Client-facing, analytical, support, or implementation-focused experience is valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical and business concepts to customers are required.
- Structured problem-solving, adaptability, proactive behavior, client focus, and willingness to learn are valued.
- Technical curiosity and an interest in systems, configuration tools, and data flows are preferred.
