Responsibilities
- Implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor policies.
- Design, configure, test, and document client-specific Workforce Management solutions.
- Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and determine root causes and resolution paths.
- Participate in client workshops, internal design reviews, and testing cycles.
- Develop platform knowledge, consulting skills, and functional expertise through project work, mentorship, and training.
Requirements
- Candidates may have 5–7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration.
- Recent graduates from business or technical programs are encouraged to apply.
- Client-facing, analytical, or support experience and an interest in implementation-focused technology consulting are valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business language are preferred.
- Structured problem-solving, technical curiosity, adaptability, proactive behavior, client focus, and a growth mindset are valued.
