Responsibilities
- Create business requirements documents from workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
- Design, review, and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution architectures.
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to meet business requirements.
- Develop integration strategies across different technologies and systems.
- Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams and build collaborative client relationships.
- Identify system risks, monitor performance, and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and contribute architectural insights to proposals and RFPs.
- Lead or support large-scale contact center programs, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and customer experience transformation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale customer service transformation and enterprise contact center programs.
- Experience managing global or geographically distributed delivery teams and overseeing end-to-end program execution.
- Background in contact center operations, client relationship management, delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and strategic account growth.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, program governance, delivery management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Demonstrated ability to align business objectives with technology solutions and improve customer experience and operational outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Ability to relocate and/or travel to the work or project location if required.
