Responsibilities
- Architect transformational integration solutions with customers and MuleSoft team members using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
- Lead customers, partners, system integrators, contractors, and technical teams through multi-phase delivery projects.
- Conduct technical workshops and provide hands-on guidance on development, governance, configuration, deployment, and operational standards.
- Identify engagement risks and blockers and design or implement mitigation measures.
- Provide product feedback to MuleSoft leadership and identify professional services and partner expansion opportunities.
- Train, coach, and mentor Services team members in technical and consulting skills.
Requirements
- Six to ten years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions across diverse technical teams.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Experience conducting technical workshops with technical and business clients.
- Experience architecting integrations with MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms, API management solutions, and at least one packaged ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile solution.
- Understanding of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, SDLC pipelines, configuration, and deployment.
- Experience with API and integration security, including authentication and authorization concepts.
- Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and performance tuning across multiple engagements.
- Ability to work independently, learn new concepts and technologies quickly, and pursue continuous technical study.
- Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area and be a U.S. citizen born or naturalized in the United States without dual citizenship.
- Must be able to complete and maintain the required U.S. federal Moderate Public Trust background investigation and security clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on client requirements.
