Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives in the designated territory.
- Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use-case prioritization and building technical champions.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements involving cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
- Provide expert solution architecture, design, and adoption guidance for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Develop customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Support specialized customer solutions and complex proofs of concept in a technical pre-sales capacity.
Requirements
- Experience engaging in complex customer interactions and the technical pre-sales sales lifecycle.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives, build relationships, and orchestrate teams for long-term customer success.
- Prior coding experience in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala, with willingness to learn Spark.
- Hands-on expertise with complex proofs of concept and public cloud platforms.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs and navigate a competitive landscape.
