Base Salary
$183k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage evaluation, implementation, adoption, activation, and churn prevention for AgentControl at scale.
- Lead AgentControl proofs of value to validate technical wins and secure revenue from large customers.
- Develop and document scalable Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices with the AI SME team.
- Collect customer, product, performance, user experience, and market feedback and communicate insights to product, engineering, research, and strategy teams.
- Build customer-requested integrations, code contributions, architecture diagrams, whitepapers, tutorials, technical content, and customized product demos.
- Support technical partnerships with potential partners such as Anthropic and Databricks.
- Evangelize AgentControl through conferences, webinars, partner engagements, and strategic meetings.
- Enable field teams and the broader organization on AI and AgentControl.
- Build and maintain competitor playbooks with AI research, product marketing, and strategy teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building, implementing, or selling AI solutions at scale.
- Experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale with automated evaluation methods.
- Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and transformer architecture.
- Experience building or interfacing with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Strong Python skills and experience building with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and current AI market trends.
- Ability to form and update evidence-based perspectives on AI, anticipate industry direction, communicate effectively to technical audiences, and operate in ambiguous environments.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
