Base Salary
$183k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level solutions and sales engineering for AI applications.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of AgentControl with existing customers.
- Develop and document Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.
- Deliver integrations and technical content based on customer requests.
- Evangelize AgentControl at industry conferences and strategic meetings.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AI applications and solutions at scale.
- Experience building multi-agent systems using relevant frameworks.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale.
- Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and transformer architecture.
- Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
