Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production systems used by enterprise retailers.
- Work directly with customers’ engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Take new products from concept through live deployments.
- Design and extend core infrastructure supporting global delivery orchestration.
- Partner with product and AI teams to influence engineering direction across North America.
- Debug real-world logistics workflows across fleets, APIs, and integrations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.
- Ability to move between coding, customer problems, and architecture decisions.
- Clear communication skills for working with operators, CTOs, and executives.
- Ability to work with speed, iteration, and ownership.
