Responsibilities
- Own technical deliveries and provide continuous feedback to project plans while working with technical teams and program managers.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and other stakeholders.
- Review and co-own technical architectures, integration plans, and implementation approaches.
- Translate user stories into feasible Salesforce solutions, including solutions using out-of-the-box features.
- Manage resources, provide technical specifications to developers, oversee code reviews, and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce, Force.com, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement CI/CD and support release management.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA is required.
- Relevant experience with Salesforce and SFDC administration, VSF, and APX is preferred.
- Expertise developing applications on the Salesforce Platform, including Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, Salesforce APIs, Apex Data Loader, and middleware experience.
- Experience building SOAP- and REST-enabled server-to-server web services and integrating Salesforce with back-end systems such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
- Object-oriented programming knowledge is required; Java, Oracle PL/SQL, or JavaScript programming experience is preferred, with Java desirable.
- Experience with source control, continuous integration, and Salesforce development practices.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering in the SDLC is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring abilities are expected.
- English proficiency at Advanced C1 level is required.
