Responsibilities
- Own technical deliveries and provide continuous feedback to project plans while working with technical teams and program managers.
- Coordinate functional and technical stakeholders.
- Review and co-own technical specifications, architectures, integration plans, and implementation approaches.
- Translate user stories into feasible Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features where appropriate.
- Manage resources, provide technical specifications to developers, and oversee code reviews.
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce, Force.com, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Review code and development practices and enforce standards.
- Implement CI/CD and manage releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or MCA qualification.
- Relevant Salesforce experience and expertise developing applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with SFDC administration, VSF, APX, Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, object-oriented programming, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Data Loader, middleware technologies, and SOAP- and REST-enabled server-to-server web services.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
- Programming ability in one or more of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with source control and continuous integration.
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification and other listed technical certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
