Responsibilities
- Improve payment recovery rates for failed account-to-account payments
- Enhance the value proposition of Payment Intelligence products for merchants
- Lead growth initiatives that increase adoption of Success+ and Protect+
- Build and improve product experiences and develop ideas for new features
- Work cross-functionally with engineers and data scientists to deliver business outcomes
Requirements
- Experience building web products and services
- Awareness of technologies across the stack
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
- Commitment to building reliable, well-tested systems
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative
- Collaborative approach and interest in experimentation, prototyping, and iterative product improvement
