Base Salary
$120k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to develop test strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases and analyze results.
- Evaluate product code against specifications.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues within QA, development, and product management.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience, including at least four years performing the listed QA-related tasks.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
- Experience with project management and QA methodology.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software such as Jira and ALM, along with SQL.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with fixed income and/or derivative trading platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is preferred.
