Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and enforce Git workflow, branching, pull request, merge, and release standards across regions.
- Establish vulnerability traceability processes and coordinate remediation with Development and Security teams.
- Maintain stable and available CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and development lab environments.
- Oversee patching, upgrades, maintenance, and related release activities with technical partner teams.
- Manage development lab incidents, triage quality-related work, and maintain dashboards and metrics.
- Execute production releases using established change management, release, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies to define scope and prioritize sprint deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps Quality, Release Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Git-based workflows, branching strategies, pull request governance, and merge policies.
- Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Harness or Jenkins.
- Experience with artifact management solutions including JFrog Artifactory.
- Experience analyzing security scanning and vulnerability reports from SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Corgea.
- Understanding of change management practices and ITSM platforms such as Remedy and Jira.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise patch management processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of Linux server architecture and foundational Oracle Database concepts.
- Detail-oriented, security-first, and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across geographies.
