Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, and support scalable pipeline and Kubernetes-based solutions using Helm.
- Define pipeline architecture, technical standards, CI/CD guidance, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Improve pipeline automation, developer experience, artifact management, and software supply chain processes.
- Establish best practices for source control, branching, repositories, artifact management, pipeline design, and automation.
- Evaluate technologies, create architecture documentation, troubleshoot complex CI/CD issues, and provide technical oversight.
- Mentor engineers and provide architectural leadership through design reviews, implementation guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, architecture reviews, and PI Planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or in a similar architecture-focused role.
- Strong experience designing pipelines, automation solutions, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Helm, Git-based source control, branching strategies, and repository management.
- Experience with artifact management solutions, preferably Artifactory.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong technical leadership, collaboration, mentorship, and ability to influence technical direction.
