Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with development and implementation of application support processes.
- Participate independently in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and solution development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is additionally specified.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services is required.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
- Strong grasp of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is expected.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
