Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design reusable, modular UI components and establish consistent user-experience standards.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Integrate backend services and APIs and contribute to full-stack solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications running on AWS.
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Diagnose system outages, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in front-end or server-side JavaScript web development.
- Proficiency in full-stack modern web development with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Cloud computing expertise, preferably with AWS and services including DynamoDB, CloudFront, Redis, S3, Postgres, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience developing serverless and microservice architectures.
- Ability to work with and develop CI/CD pipelines; GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins are preferred.
- Understanding of software development best practices, source control, branching strategies, merging, and software deployment.
- Experience managing technology risk, data governance, and security for public-facing web applications.
- Business-level written and verbal English proficiency.
- Availability to start no later than the beginning of September.
