Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components.
- Design and implement new features, and optimize and refactor existing solutions.
- Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot application issues, including complex support cases.
- Develop and maintain integrations and identify opportunities for automation.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience as a Java developer.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience developing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Ability to independently plan and implement development tasks in a structured and responsible manner.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least business-level English or German proficiency and openness to working in an international team.
- Preferred German language skills.
- Experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Familiarity with the SCIM protocol and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
- PowerShell knowledge and experience developing APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of access management and identity management processes.
- Experience in a large enterprise or international IT environment.
