Responsibilities

Design and implement autonomy and behavior-coordination algorithms for an industrial humanoid robot platform.
Integrate manipulation, locomotion, and perception skills into autonomous robot behaviors.
Develop plan-execution approaches combining classical control and learned policies.
Implement reactive, safe, adaptable, and explainable behavior execution.
Build data-curation pipelines for real-world industrial tasks.
Develop synthetic-data-generation pipelines for post-training humanoid world models.
Create pipelines for autonomous behavior evaluation, benchmarking, and regression testing.

An MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of professional robotics experience focused primarily on autonomy is required.
At least 2 years of experience applying world models to planning, reasoning, and scene understanding is required.
Experience with behavior trees and state machines for plan execution is required.
Experience with world-model benchmarking and post-training in a robotics domain is required.
Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA Cosmos and IsaacSim is required.
Experience with synthetic data generation, data curation, and benchmark evaluation is required.
Strong fundamentals in Python, C++, data structures and algorithms, git, code review, and CI/CD are required.
Bonus qualifications include VLM-based task planning, humanoid locomotion or other robotics domains, semantic mapping, NVIDIA Isaac Lab, generative or symbolic planning, and ROS2 libraries for autonomous planning and navigation.
