Responsibilities
- Design and develop core uFlow application modules using Java, Spring Boot, Camunda or Fluxnova, and Oracle DB.
- Gather requirements through client and stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Decompose complex tasks and provide effort estimations.
- Identify and resolve bugs, write unit tests, and conduct code reviews.
- Support technical infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical innovation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java Core, multithreading, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, APIs, Maven or Gradle, JIRA, Git, Stash or Bitbucket, Confluence, Oracle DB, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferred experience with Camunda or Fluxnova, GCP, SQL optimization, advanced database concepts, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, and technical leadership or mentoring.
