Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Listen Labs’ AI interviewer product end-to-end.
- Turn free-form conversational data into structured, quantitative insights using embeddings and fine-tuned large language models.
- Improve question generation through novel LLM fine-tuning and prompting techniques.
- Advance the speech-to-speech pipeline handling audio input and output.
- Own the product and user experience while collaborating with other engineers.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in building products end-to-end without detailed direction.
- Desire to work with Next.js, TypeScript, and large language models.
- Highly technical and interested in owning the user experience.
- Collaborative approach to building systems with other engineers in mind.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to discuss tradeoffs and seek assistance when appropriate.
- Comfort handling unglamorous engineering tasks.
- Excitement about large language models.
