Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship LLM-powered features based on customer feedback and usage behavior.
- Build and integrate AI agent pipelines that simplify backend complexity for end users.
- Develop frontend experiences, backend services, and prompt workflows across the full stack.
- Own features from conception through production and contribute to system and architectural decisions.
- Translate user needs and behavior into effective product experiences.
Requirements
- 1 to 10 years of software engineering experience demonstrated through professional work, side projects, or a fast learning trajectory.
- Hands-on experience prompting, tuning, and integrating LLMs into real products.
- Full-stack TypeScript experience; Python is a strong plus.
- Comfort working across UI, backend services, and LLM or agent workflows.
- Experience shipping products in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- High agency, entrepreneurial drive, strong product judgment, and creative instincts for user experience.
- Pragmatic experience using AI coding tools with sound judgment about when to use them.
- Berlin-based and willing to work in person or in a hybrid arrangement.
Benefits
- Salary range of 90,000 to 140,000 EUR annually.
- Hybrid work based in Berlin, Germany.
