Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance systems and services.
- Lead feature development from concept through deployment while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and technical strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and drive best-practice adoption.
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve technical challenges in production and development environments.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade software and improving team effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills.
