Base Salary
$90k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and architect consumer and enterprise web applications.
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software collaboratively.
- Participate in code reviews and perform extensive testing to ensure software quality.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to improving software development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a software development role.
- Very strong programming skills in one or more of Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of modern web application components, including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
- Fluency with relational databases or NoSQL databases.
- React or Angular front-end framework experience is an asset.
- ASP.NET, Java Spring, or Node.js development experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and desire to deliver high-quality work.
