Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer interaction through verbal and written communication.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance platform availability and performance.
- Support after business hours on a rotational basis every 10-15 weeks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Interest in data analytics.
