Implementation Consultant

- Engage customers to understand business requirements and design application security, quality, and compliance solutions.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and completion.
- Support integration of Black Duck solutions into customer software development life cycle and DevOps environments.
- Provide technical advisory guidance and best practices in software security and testing.
- Collaborate with internal account teams on project progress and customer success.
- Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption within existing customer environments.
- Advise customers on improving secure development processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Knowledge of application security concepts and vulnerabilities.
- Experience in software development, such as Java, C/C++, C#, or similar.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
- Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative, customer-facing environments.
- Technical consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP are preferred.
- Experience with SaaS and on-premise deployments is preferred.
- Knowledge of security testing and network protocols is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams is highly valued.
