Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services, batch processes, and APIs while contributing to web UI components.
- Own end-to-end delivery across implementation, testing, deployment, observability, monitoring, and reliability.
- Write clean, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Enhance system performance, security, and resiliency through engineering best practices and automation.
- Support an inclusive learning culture through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on AI development using modern tools and IDEs such as Windsurf.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and microservices.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing using JUnit or Spock, and containers using Docker.
- Familiarity with observability and telemetry tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics, along with cloud deployments.
- Ability to understand the business domain and translate product strategy into technical solutions.
