Base Salary
$114k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, technology choices, data models, and engineering standards for an AI- and workflow-automation-enabled talent acquisition platform capability.
- Design, build, maintain, test, and deploy full-stack applications and operational tools.
- Integrate recruiting and HR systems of record and keep cross-platform data pipelines accurate and synchronized.
- Build and evaluate AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that improve recruiting quality and productivity.
- Translate stakeholder business challenges and ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Gather requirements, communicate trade-offs, set expectations, and incorporate feedback with technical and recruiting/HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling business systems, applications, or automation/data platforms.
- 1–3 years of experience working directly within a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations function.
- Experience owning technical leadership for a system or platform, including architecture, engineering standards, and delivery through production.
- Strong full-stack engineering ability with modern web application development, APIs, and data architecture experience.
- Experience integrating systems and building data pipelines across platforms with accurate data models and source-of-truth consistency.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable end-to-end technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including judgment around building, buying, or integrating solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and recruiting/HR stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a builder mentality.
