Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of company activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while managing complex situations.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and contribute to recruitment and people development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience mastering all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments and exercise original thought and judgment.
- Ability to supervise and develop software engineers.
- Strong understanding of business objectives, commercial principles, and negotiation considerations.
- Ability to balance technical, business, and people leadership responsibilities.
