Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components according to best practices.
- Oversee code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD processes using GitHub and Harness.
- Collaborate with administrators, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and security practices.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce1 mobile customizations and third-party managed packages such as nCino.
- Lead Salesforce integration projects and stay current with platform updates and financial services trends.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including at least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, APIs, and multiple Salesforce products.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale Salesforce integration projects.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Knockout or Aura.
- Familiarity with mobile platform development and enhancements.
- Proficiency with GitHub and Harness for DevSecOps processes.
- Experience with Mulesoft API development and integration.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and Salesforce solution delivery skills.
Benefits

- Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $134,000 per year.
