Base Salary
$145k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming activities, technical delivery, and architecture in coordination with the Technology Team.
- Provide strategic influence and manage resources, budgets, planning, and end results.
- Architect secure, resilient, high-performance full-stack applications supporting agentic AI workflows.
- Establish technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for full-stack development and AI agent integration.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Lead and contribute to hands-on frontend and backend development across the application stack.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Design scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and gRPC APIs.
- Architect data models and integrate relational, NoSQL, and vector databases for stateful AI operations.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong management capabilities with a record of mentoring engineers and driving technical delivery.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Advanced proficiency in Python with FastAPI, Flask, and Celery, and/or Java with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, retrieval-augmented generation, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and Model Context Protocol.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and Harness, Jenkins, or Tekton.
- Understanding of enterprise security concepts including OAuth2, OIDC, TLS, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Couchbase databases.
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
