Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and lead incident management, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.
- Develop and provide hands-on technical expertise with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and offline mobile solutions.
- Lead Consumer Goods Cloud implementations involving offline data access, synchronization, conflict and error handling, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, design and code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, release management, deployments, and environment management.
Requirements
- Require 8-12+ years of Salesforce experience, including Technical Lead experience and the ability to independently own technical solution delivery.
- Require strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Require strong implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Require strong experience with Salesforce mobile and offline solutions, including synchronization, caching, connectivity constraints, data conflicts, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Require knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, performance optimization, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Preferred qualifications include Consumer Goods Cloud delivery for field sales and store execution, scalable Lightning Web Components and Salesforce platform solutions, offline mobile support, technical leadership, and customer collaboration.
