Base Salary

$149k - $345k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect transformational integration solutions for public-sector customers using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Lead customers, partners, system integrators, contractors, and internal technical teams through multi-phase delivery projects.
  • Evaluate technical and functional requirements and conduct technical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on development, governance, configuration, deployment, and operational lifecycle standards.
  • Identify engagement risks and blockers and design or implement mitigation measures.
  • Contribute product feedback to MuleSoft leadership and identify professional services and partner collaboration opportunities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor Services team members in technical and consulting skills.

Requirements

  • Six to ten years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions within diverse technical teams.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience; equivalent experience may include leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience.
  • Experience conducting technical workshops and driving effective services implementations.
  • Experience architecting service integrations across at least two integration platforms, API management solutions, or packaged ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, SDLC pipelines, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience with API and integration security, including authentication and authorization concepts.
  • Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and performance tuning across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to work independently, learn new technologies quickly, and pursue continuous technical development.
  • Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen who does not hold dual citizenship and must complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position.
