Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model performance and continuously evaluate outputs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply natural language processing, data preprocessing, augmentation, and iterative model improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and findings for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and experience with model fine-tuning strategies.
- Understanding of natural language processing techniques and machine learning principles related to language model adaptation.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement iterative improvements.
- Knowledge of programming languages used in AI model development, such as Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
