Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, code quality, proof of concepts, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Work with global engineering and operational-analyst teams to deliver reliable feature sets for AI/ML models and high-quality business-intelligence data.
- Support implementation and operations teams with platform accelerators and design patterns.
- Automate release engineering and code distribution across client regions and instances.
- Optimize compute and platform infrastructure costs.
- Support overnight COB/SOB processing of investment accounting, fund accounting, and performance data, including client information delivery.
- Address data, environment, and production issues through impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer- or IT-related subject.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Technical leadership experience across architecture, system design, code quality, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Understanding of AI-enabled programming.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
